Products sold on this site are sourced from and fulfilled directly by third-party manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers as part of our Direct from Supplier to Consumer fulfillment model. As a result, certain orders may be shipped directly from the supplier or manufacturer to you.

At Radiant Recovery Hub, operated by Lamura LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are accepted for purchases made through radiantrecoveryhub.com.

To start a return, report damage, or inquire about refund eligibility, contact our customer service team:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST. Orders placed before 2 PM PST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The customer wishes to return a new item within the policy window
  • The damage or issue was reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and includes all original packaging, manuals, parts, accessories, and components

Items must be returned in new condition. Used, installed, assembled, modified, or damaged products cannot be returned unless they were defective upon arrival or otherwise approved by us in writing.

4. Reporting Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If your order has not arrived and tracking shows it as delivered, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or issue, if applicable
  • A brief description of the problem

We will coordinate with our supplier or manufacturer to review the information and, if approved, provide return, replacement, repair, or refund instructions.

5. Return Shipping and Fees

All returns must be authorized by Radiant Recovery Hub before the item is shipped back. Returns sent without prior written approval may be refused, delayed, or deemed ineligible for refund or exchange.

For approved defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items, we may provide a prepaid return label where applicable. For approved non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing.

Restocking Fee: All approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. This amount will be deducted from your refund total. Exchanges for the same item will not incur a restocking fee.

If you send an item back without authorization, without following the provided return instructions, or using an unapproved shipping method, we may not reimburse shipping costs and may deduct applicable carrier, handling, rerouting, or restocking fees from any eligible refund.

6. Refunds and Replacements

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will confirm whether a refund, exchange, replacement, or other resolution applies
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection and approval
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you prefer, and if the item is available, we may send a replacement item instead of issuing a refund
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products as long as they meet the return conditions. Replacement items are shipped once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our fulfillment supplier or manufacturer partner.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items reported after the applicable reporting or return window
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper handling, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
  • Used, assembled, installed, altered, or damaged items not caused by transit or fulfillment error
  • Personalized, custom-made, made-to-order, special-order, or perishable goods
  • Clearance, closeout, final sale, or discontinued items
  • Intimate, sanitary, or personal-use products where return is unsuitable or restricted, unless sealed and unused
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and digital goods

9. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received and confirmed before the order has been processed for shipment
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. You must follow the return process outlined above
  • If cancellation is requested after processing has begun, but before shipment is completed, applicable supplier, carrier, restocking, or administrative fees may be deducted where permitted by law

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can work toward a resolution. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution and may affect eligibility for certain remedies where the issue could otherwise have been resolved under this policy.

11. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. To the extent any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will control solely to the extent of that conflict.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page unless otherwise stated.
