Radiant Recovery Hub is operated by Lamura LLC. We are an independent online retailer. Products sold on this site are sourced from and fulfilled directly by third-party manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers as part of our Direct from Supplier to Consumer fulfillment model. As a result, certain orders may be shipped directly from the supplier or manufacturer to you.

If we cancel an order after payment has been submitted, we will generally issue a refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment processor timing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

We ship to the continental United States only. Orders are fulfilled and may be shipped directly by our third-party suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers as part of our Direct from Supplier to Consumer fulfillment model.

Orders placed before 2 PM PST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders over $100
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $60 applies to orders below $100

5.2 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our supplier's, distributor's, manufacturer's, or fulfillment partner's delivery of the item to the carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Radiant Recovery Hub is not responsible for delays, missed delivery appointments, or damages caused by the carrier once the item has been dispatched, except as provided in our Shipping Policy or Return and Refund Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full information on returns, exchanges, cancellations, replacements, and refunds. Key terms include:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Missing items or delivery issues should be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date or confirmed delivery status.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A 25% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
  • Customer data, including shipping information and order details, may be shared with our suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and fulfillment partners solely for the purpose of processing returns, replacements, warranty support, or order-related resolutions.

Informal Resolution:

If a dispute arises between the customer and the store, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. Customers can contact our support team at support@radiantrecoveryhub.com within 30 days of the issue arising.

Mediation and Arbitration:

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, both parties agree that the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in the United States or, where permitted, by remote means, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
